Infectious Disease Physician

We are seeking an experienced full time Infectious Disease physician to join our team. (group includes 7+ physicians, 3+ NPs, 2 ID Pharm Ds) in WV.

It consists of office ID new consults, follow-up of hospital discharges, HIV / HCV / OPAT and telemedicine (which includes remote correctional facilities and hospitals). Fifteen percent of time will be allocated to Ryan White Clinic.

This hospital has an excellent hospitalist team and the medical community has all specialties and sub-specialties well represented. Stimulating patient mix from a 350,000 person primary referral area. Level 1 trauma center and 100+ ICU beds and challenging referrals from busy oncology, interventional cardiovascular, renal transplantation, neurosurgery / spine, plastics / reconstructive, urology, and GI services. Our comprehensive regional medical center has state-of-the-art microbiology, telemedicine and information systems. It is a teaching hospital with about 200 residents and fellows in many training programs. Teaching and research opportunities abound.
