We are looking to hire a Regional Training Director to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area, where we provide data center security solutions that protect client applications and data from increasingly sophisticated threats and global attacks. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, but will require travel to support training in Aurora, CO. This position reports to the PGI Cluster Account Manager (CAM). The Regional Training Director will be responsible for the following :

• Administer, and conduct all scope, schedule and cost aspects of special programs training including initial, sustainment, advanced, and scenario-based training activities.
• Maintain strict compliance with all training related aspects of PGI's regional contracts including training, delivery, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Manage a training quality control program to ensure continuous process improvement of the program of instruction, delivery of training, and customer relationship.
• Assess operational mission requirements and design targeted security training to enhance readiness and operational effectiveness.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, mentor, and advisor for all PGI personnel in the region.
• Manage and maintain positive working relationships with PGI's commercial and government customers, vendors, subcontractors, students, and employees.
• Maintain and update the program of instruction in conjunction with the other PGI Regional Training Directors.
• Track, maintain and update training records.
• Perform as a mission-focused member of a cohesive program management team.
• Other duties as required or delegated by the CAM.
