• Restoration Fire Team Leaders
• to oversee fire restoration projects, guide field crews, and deliver top-tier service to our customers when they need it most.
• What You’ll Do
• Lead and supervise
• fire restoration crews
• to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee cleaning, deodorization, demolition, and structure preparation following fire and smoke losses.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain excellence and follow company safety procedures.
• Perform job site inspections and verify all work meets scope, budget, and
• IICRC standards
• Accurately document progress in
• Diamond
• and Contents Tracker software
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal project managers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while helping clients restore both property and peace of mind.
• What We’re Looking For
• Experience :
• 2+ years in the restoration industry, with strong experience in
• fire and smoke damage
• Leadership :
• 1–2+ years supervising restoration crews or leading field operations.
• Technical Knowledge :
• Experience in estimating, signing jobs, and documenting losses.
• Certifications :
• IICRC Fire & Smoke (FSRT) certification preferred; Water and Mold certifications a plus.
• Skills :
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Licensing :
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
