Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with a technical emphasis or other technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing multinational and technical programs / projects.
• 5 years of EHS experience.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will be part of a team that is driving our safety management and performance within our logistics operations. This role will involve partnering with our Global Cloud Logistics (GCL) organization and outsourced service partners to develop and implement a safe working environment and proactive safety culture. This role will allow for daily involvement in operations to identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve overall safety performance within the warehouse and data center environment. You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of senior stakeholders. You will also provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives to continue to create and iterate our EHS programs. You define problem solving and risk-mitigation strategies and drive engineering / innovation initiatives to reduce risks.
