Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for a 6-month project supporting Pharma Lab IT initiatives. This role involves end-user computing and system administration for lab computers and equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
- Experience in lab computers and equipment support.
- Proficiency in Empower LacE and Unicorn Systems.
- Strong desktop and operating systems support skills.
- 7+ years of experience in Desktop management
- Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite.
- Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active Directory, and Antivirus tools.
- Proficient in imaging and creating images.
- Experience in Windows 10 deployment and OS migration participation or leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow Tool.
- Must be located in Cambridge, MA for an onsite position.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
