Job descriptionMap user journeys to identify pain points and adoption metrics. Analyze feedback from analytics, user data, and error reports to improve product experience. Partner with engineering to define technical requirements for APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization and documentation. Act as a liaison between engineering, leadership, and product teams. Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Align with enterprise architects and platform teams for strategic consistency. Monitor KPIs and optimize through data-driven feedback loops. Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality product releases. Create training resources for operational teams to support customer service excellence. Stay current with industry trends including AI and SaaS automation. Use collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Figma) to streamline communication. Identify automation opportunities and propose technical investments. Manage product strategies involving complex integrations and source-of-record (SOR) data (e.g., pricing, accounting, guest info). Define usability, compliance, and security rules for diverse datasets. Experience with B2B SaaS platforms, AI / ML, DevOps, cybersecurity, or data engineering. Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, PCI, GDPR). Bachelor’s degree and relevant technical certifications. 5+ years of product management or equivalent technical / engineering experience. Strong understanding of software development, APIs (SOAP / REST / JSON), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, SQL). Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting. Execution of product roadmap integrating business and technical goals. API modernization to reduce duplication and support legacy migration. Documentation using tools like BlueDolphin and Swagger. Stakeholder satisfaction and performance metrics (e.g., MTTR, adoption rates).

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of technical and SaaS product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovation, enhancing user experience, and delivering scalable, secure solutions across complex platforms.

- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap integrating business capabilities, technical currency, UX, security, and compliance.
- Develop features that enhance user satisfaction, engagement, revenue, and retention.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with infrastructure, OS, authentication, and tool lifecycles.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of all solutions.
