Security and Technical Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Head of Security and Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of security and operations engineers

Own and execute the security operations strategy, including threat detection and incident response

Design and manage the company-wide incident response process for all production issues

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in security operations and technical operations / SRE

At least 2+ years of formal people management experience

Deep expertise in modern security operations in a cloud-native environment

Proven experience managing a 24 / 7 technical operations / NOC function

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
