We are looking for an organized and dedicated individual to enhance our operations through various administrative tasks while supporting our esteemed clientele including government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
Base Pay Range : $27.00 / hr - $28.85 / hr
Overview : With over 35,000 trained personnel worldwide, Inter-Con is proud to be family owned and managed, specializing in high-requirement security solutions. This full-time position is based out of our Memphis office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review new job setups and request approval for billable items, maintaining a detailed tracker.
- Monitor dark post activities and generate weekly / monthly reports for upper management.
- Assist in compiling operational reports for clients on a regular basis.
- Gain an understanding of shift operations and assist with scheduling during peak times.
- Provide administrative support for problem resolution as directed by management.
- Assist with payroll and billing processes.
- Utilize Salesforce for case submissions and onboarding training tracking.
- Reconcile company credit card expense reports.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets as required.
- Respond promptly to communications and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Flexibility in schedule is necessary, as irregular hours may occasionally be required.
- Manage recruitment requisitions and coordinate uniform orders.
- Assign personnel to recurring shifts and oversee the Scheduling / Dispatch Team.
- Monitor and adjust UBOT (Unscheduled Back Order Time) as needed.
- Follow up on app adoption and strategic operations metrics.
Qualifications :
Exemplify professionalism, maintaining calm and courteous interactions.Ability to meet strict deadlines and ensure confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.Salesforce experience is a plus, although training will be provided.Education and Experience :
