We are a Federally Qualified Health Center with 18 clinic locations dedicated to delivering comprehensive health, dental, and integrated behavioral health services to underserved communities across a six-county area in Northern California.

Our diverse team includes 44 physicians, 40 mid-level professionals, nutritionists, health educators, and case managers, offering a variety of specialties such as :
