Compensation:

• $80,000 - $130,000 yearly plus bonus

• Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and develop case strategies tailored to their unique situations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements, striving for favorable outcomes while maintaining professional integrity.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, presenting cases effectively and confidently.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly and empathetically.

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina, with a focus on family law.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an associate attorney.
• Experience in representing clients in divorce and family law cases, ensuring their rights are protected.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining integrity.
• Experience in attending court hearings, mediations, and trials, presenting cases effectively.
• Ability to maintain open and consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns empathetically and promptly.
