Divorce - Family Law Attorney

Sussman Law Firm, PLLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializes in family law and immigration law while also addressing various other legal matters. We are not your typical law firm. With a focus on growth and innovation, we are seeking an Associate Attorney who is ready to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional legal representation to clients.

Compensation :

$75,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to develop case strategies
• Prepare for and attend court appearances
• Draft correspondence and legal documents
• Meet billing requirements
• Acquire new cases
• Be prepared to travel to neighboring counties if necessary
• Assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants and oversee their work
• Provide guidance and motivation to team members
