Here, you will find a workplace that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.\n\nA Brief Overview : As a Surgical Trauma Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing comprehensive support to patients and their families.\n\nYour Responsibilities : \n
  • Deliver quality patient care by evaluating physician prescriptions and collaborating with the healthcare team on care plans.\n
  • Assess and document medical histories, develop nursing diagnoses, and create effective nursing care plans tailored to each individual.\n
  • Educate patients and families about healthcare requirements and self-care skills, enabling them to understand their conditions and treatment options.\n
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and make necessary adjustments to nursing plans based on changing conditions.\n
  • Maintain a safe and secure care environment by following infection control protocols and adhering to safety regulations.\n
  • Document all aspects of patient care services accurately within patient records.\n
  • Ensure all patient care equipment is operational and well-maintained.\n
  • Manage and organize patient care supplies to ensure readiness for all needs.\n
  • Stay current in nursing practices through continuous education and training.\n\nEssential Qualifications : You must be able to work the specified hours and effectively communicate with others. These qualifications represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform this role successfully.   • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.\n\nPreferred Education, License / Certification, or Work Experience : \n
  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.\n\nExpectations and Standards : \n
