Will work the Inpatient, Outpatient, Pre / Post / PACU, ED and Infusion

Community Memorial Hospital is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Paramedic Specialist - Staff Paramedic to bring their skills and compassion to our dynamic care team. In this unique and rewarding role, you'll provide bedside patient care in a variety of settings-including Inpatient, Outpatient, Pre / Post-Op (PACU), Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion-playing a vital role in the care and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities

Provides high-quality bedside care across inpatient, outpatient, ED, Pre / Post / PACU, and Infusion settings within Paramedic Specialist scope.

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, responding promptly to urgent and emergent situations.

Assists with admissions, transfers, discharges, and ensures continuity of care through effective teamwork and communication.

Monitors patient conditions and documents all care accurately and timely in EPIC.

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans and patient safety protocols.

Maintains required certifications and pursues ongoing professional development to remain current in practice.

Supports unit operations by orienting new staff or students and upholding all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
