With multiple websites and Google Business Profiles across the Southeast, were looking for an SEO Specialist to help boost our local visibility, increase leads, and support growth across all our brands.

The Role

The SEO Specialist will support our digital marketing efforts by managing on-page and local SEO for several brands and territories. Youll handle everything from keyword research and GBP optimization to content publishing and performance tracking.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of SEO and wants to grow within a company thats expanding quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple service territories.
  • Conduct keyword research and build local SEO strategies for each brand.
  • Manage on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, and service / city page updates.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create localized blogs and seasonal posts.
  • Build and maintain citations, backlinks, and directory listings.
  • Monitor rankings, website traffic, and lead conversions, sharing performance insights with the team.
  • Stay up to date on Google algorithm updates and evolving AI search features (SGE, etc.).
  • Support development of SEO dashboards and performance reports.

    • Qualifications

  • 24 years of SEO experience (local SEO experience preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, localfalcon etc.).
  • Understanding of on-page optimization, schema, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and locations.
  • Curious, data-driven mindset and eagerness to test and improve results.
