A national general practice law firm with offices in NY, NJ, FL, CT, PA, MA & DE has an available position for an experienced Corporate Attorney in their Wilmington office.

The firm's Corporate Practice Group focuses on :

• Capital Markets
• Debt Financings
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private Equity

Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience within a Corporate Practice Group and / or alternative entity practice, including experience with Delaware LLCs, LPs and other alternative entities. Delaware Bar Admission required and strong academic record.
