Position Summary
In this client leadership role, you will oversee one of Gifthealth’s most complex and strategic manufacturer programs—an enterprise-scale initiative that integrates 20+ external partners across pharmacy, telehealth, data, technology, and logistics.
As Director / Associate Director, Client Success, you will serve as the central point of accountability for program delivery, governance, and performance—ensuring seamless coordination between Gifthealth, the client, and all partner organizations.
You’ll lead cross-functional execution to deliver a unified, compliant, and high-performing patient access program while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to manage dynamic relationships, evolving program requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
Title will be determined based on candidate experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Partner Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and 20+ external partners, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability.
- Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks across all participating entities, fostering collaboration and proactive issue resolution.
- Anticipate risks, identify interdependencies, and ensure all partners deliver on time and to quality standards.
Program Management & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end program operations, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable workstreams across internal teams and partner organizations.Coordinate with Operations, Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery.Monitor performance metrics (dispense accuracy, turnaround time, adherence, satisfaction, etc.) and implement improvement initiatives to optimize outcomes.Operational Excellence & Performance
Lead regular business reviews and performance updates with the client and key partners.Track program KPIs, budgets, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational and financial targets are achieved.Identify, scope, and implement process and technology improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.Strategic Enablement & Growth
Capture learnings and best practices to shape future partner frameworks and enterprise program models.Support expansion planning, new product onboardings, and additional brand integrations under the same or similar program structures.Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leadership on optimizing cross-partner collaboration and client satisfaction.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or a related field; Pharmacy Technician or CPhT license a plus.5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or program management within pharmacy, healthcare, or specialty hub services.Proven success managing pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships or supporting patient support programs including fulfillment, affordability, or adherence initiatives.Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, distribution models, and the pharmaceutical commercialization process.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day program execution.Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, product, clinical, and technology functions to execute complex initiatives.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information and updates to diverse audiences, including clients, internal teams and external partners.Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory requirements governing patient services and data handling (e.g., HIPAA, PDMA).Desired Attributes
