Short-term disability Long-term disability Cancer / Critical Illness insurance Supplemental insurance policies Qualified Employer - Federal PSLF Program CME Reimbursement Paid malpractice insurance Phone Stipend Psychiatrist Physician Location : Statesville, NC (1hr north of Charlotte) Role is based at a 42 bed inpatient psychiatric facility Utilize advanced treatments cutting-edge therapies Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medications for patients, including those with substance-use disorders Deliver high-quality inpatient and / or outpatient psychiatric care Collaborate and supervise mid-level providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards Professional Growth - opportunities for leadership, research, and teaching NC Medical License and DEA. Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatry Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization.
