How You'll Contribute :

As a key member of our team, you will :

Utilize your specialized plan-of-care interventions and serve as a patient-care innovator.

Shape exceptional patient journeys every day, leveraging your skills and our cutting-edge technology to enhance patient well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements :

To join our team, you should have :

A current state RN license.

Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire).

ACLS / PALS certification (required within six months of hire).

One year of experience preferred.

What You Will Do :

Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

Document patient care provided.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.

Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.

Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.

Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
