You will be responsible for ALL marketing strategy + execution, including :

- 📞 Cold Calling / Data
- 🎥 Content & Creative
- ⚙️ Attribution, data & analytics
This is NOT a corporate brand role.
This is NOT a “tell agencies what to do” role.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, build-the-machine, own-the-result role.
What You’ll Do
Lead and optimize a $400,000 / month marketing budgetBuild ROI-driven, direct-response marketing campaigns across all channelsWrite and develop TV / radio scripts, creative, and high-converting messagingAnalyze cost per lead, cost per acquisition, channel ROI, and ROASTest, track, measure, improve — relentlesslyScale our marketing playbook into Worcester and ConnecticutEliminate bloat, improve efficiency, and modernize our entire marketing engineBecome the strategic AND tactical driver of Moss’s growthWho We’re Looking For
Someone who is :

Requirements
7+ years in performance marketing, demand gen, or acquisition marketingProven experience managing $200K+ monthly ad budgetsStrong writing skills (TV, radio, video, direct mail, landing pages)Deep knowledge of analytics, CPL / CPA optimization, and attributionReal estate or home-services background is a major plusCompensation & Benefits
