Role

As a Community Outreach Liaison at Steadfast Health, you'll be at the forefront of expanding access to evidence-based substance use disorder treatment, building community awareness around the care we provide, and driving referrals that make a direct impact on lives. As the Community Outreach Liaison, you will serve as an in-community resource leading presentations, building relationships with referring parties, and helping potential patients access our services. As our company representative you will be responsible for integrating Steadfast as a go-to referral partner for a variety of community partners.

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach - 75%

Visit with designated community partners across your assigned territory to help develop, sustain and grow relationships with (but not limited to) : hospitals and health systems, primary care and specialty clinics, government agencies, criminal justice organizations, community resource networks and harm reduction groups.

Complete timely documentation of all outreach activities.

Coordinate with referral partners, including those using Steadfast's inpatient consult service to align resources and educational opportunities.
