Staff Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end machine learning models for personalization, recommendations, inventory optimization, and logistics

Lead the ML function and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions

Own the full ML pipeline, from data exploration to model training and productionization

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning engineering

Strong foundation in statistical modeling and classical ML algorithms

Demonstrated ability to technically lead a diverse group of data professionals

Proficiency in Python, C++, and ML libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)

Experience with building and maintaining models in production environments
