Program Manager III, Risk and Compliance

Google Ads is looking for a Program Manager III, Risk and Compliance. This position is available in Kirkland, WA, USA; New York, NY, USA; and Los Angeles, CA, USA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and at least five years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on risk, compliance, and audit functions. Preferred qualifications include certifications in CISA / CISSP / PMP / CIA / CPA / CFE, experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, experience with data analytics and data interpretation, and experience within security or privacy-based compliance.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Users come first at Google. Nowhere is this more important than on the Advertising and Commerce team, where we believe that ads and commercial information can be highly useful to our users if that information is relevant to what our users wish to find or do.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities include designing and delivering optimized program communication plans, determining phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle, determining and collecting data required to govern programs, anticipating change management requirements, and building trusted relationships with program stakeholders.
