  • 3-4 Phone Consultants on average per 24 hours
  • 1-2 Patients seen on average per 24 hours

    • Requirements

  • Active VA License
  • Upper GI endoscopy

    • with biopsy

  • with foreign body removal
  • with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)
  • With injection of varices
  • Esophageal dilatation / manometry
  • Esophageal manometry interpretation
  • Small Bowel biopsy
  • Lower GI endoscopy
  • Sigmoidoscopy

    • Flexible

  • Rigid
  • Colonoscopy

    • with biopsy

  • with excision of polyp
  • Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
  • Liver biopsy
  • Insertion / management of Sengstaken / Blakemore tube
