Associate Veterinarian (Carrollton)

We're seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our exclusive client's established, multi-doctor small animal and exotics hospital in Carrollton, TX. For over 20 years, they've built strong community ties, a loyal client base, and a dedicated team with minimal staff turnover.

Hospital hours : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 am6 : 00 pm; Saturdays, 8 : 00 am2 : 00 pm (two Saturdays per month required)

Compensation & Benefits

$140,000 $180,000 base salary

22% production, no negative accrual

Relocation and signing bonuses available

3 weeks PTO + 1 week dedicated CE

$3,500 annual CE allowance

About You

DVM or equivalent, eligible for Texas veterinary license
