Lead Caregiver

• Must have a CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Must be at least 18 years of age, (must be 21 years of age to work with infants)
• Prior Childcare experience preferred
• Must be CPR / First Aid certified - or willingness to obtain (must renew yearly)
• Knowledge of Paths to Quality, NAEYC, and Indiana licensing standards preferred. Willingness

to learn is a must.
