  • The successful candidate will act as a resource to our Administrative Assistant and help with various other administrative duties.
  • The candidate will need to operate independantly as a business driven leader including but not limited to front desk, inbound and outbound call work.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Inbound calls
  • Scheduling
  • Routing calls
  • Trouble shooting customer and team issues
  • Interface with various vendors and municipalities
  • Document Management
  • Data management & tracking
  • Advancement and extra income potential
  • Make and distribute copies
  • File
  • Order supplies
  • Keep records safe while protecting customers information.
  • Strong level of tech knowledge : MS Windows
  • Remain teachable and coachable

    • Bilingual Required :

  • 40 hours per week
  • Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
  • Hourly wage depends on experience
