As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining a visible presence. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report on conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, helping to maintain a welcoming and orderly environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior according to site and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of location policies as directed.
  • Support emergency procedures and coordinate with first responders when required.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
