Pricing Manager - Profitability & Analytics

Pay : Salary between $170,000 - $190,000 (possible stretch for exceptional candidates) + Bonus (5-10%) + Profit Sharing (7.5%)
Job Overview :
A global professional services firm is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its finance team in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY. This hybrid role focuses on pricing governance, profitability analysis, and approval processes to ensure the financial integrity of all fee arrangements and alternative pricing models.
In this position, you will partner with firm leadership to develop KPIs, track pricing impact, and review discounted or non-standard pricing engagements. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong analytical foundation, pricing expertise, and the ability to guide senior stakeholders in high-stakes financial decisions. Law Firm Experience and Accounting Experience are a must.

Pr imary Job Responsibilities :
Support the Pricing Approval Committee with data-driven recommendationsReview, validate, and approve fee proposals involving discounts or AFAsCreate KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure pricing performancePartner with leadership to refine workflows, escalation paths, and compliance proceduresConduct post-engagement reviews of discounted and non-standard pricing arrangementsQ ualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)7+ years of analytical experience in finance or professional services2+ years leading projects or strategic initiativesStrong financial modeling and presentation skillsSkilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business ObjectsProven experience influencing senior leadership and executivesBackground in law firm or RFP pricing preferred but not requiredLaw Firm Experience and Accounting Experience are a must.Ben efits :
