Job Description :

The Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology at AtlantiCare visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 strategic goalsOversee clinical academic and administrative operations for the ENT departmentDeliver personalized high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniquesCollaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland ClinicDrive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platformsLead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providersDevelop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel UniversityEngage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparitiesCultivate a skilled diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce developmentEnjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day oneParticipate in a shared call schedule 1 : 4 supported by APPs and hospitalist team

Candidates must be Currently Bord Eligible or Board Certified BC in ENT at the time of application.Prior clinical experience beyond training is expectedNot open to new gradauatesNot open to Advanced Practice Providers APPs.Not open to 1099 contract or locums candidates.Not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.Not open to providers who have just finished fellowship or are Board Eligible BE.Compensation and Benefits :
