About the Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to help scale Qualiphy's core platform across provider onboarding, exam management, integrations, and payment operations. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and operations to define, prioritize, and ship features that directly impact providers, clinics, and patients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves quickly from strategy to execution, and loves translating user pain points into elegant, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and stakeholder input.
• Lead end-to-end feature development — from discovery, specs, and design reviews through QA, launch, and measurement.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, user-friendly features.
• Write clear, detailed user stories and functional requirements for both internal and external-facing products.
• Leverage data and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and revenue growth.
• Work closely with operations and customer support to ensure smooth provider and clinic experiences post-launch.
• Collaborate on integration strategy with external EMR partners.
• Communicate progress and insights clearly to leadership, cross-functional teams, and occasionally clients.
• Lead and facilitate core agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and development cycles to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
