We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and execute Salesforce implementations for our nonprofit and association clients. As a key member of our Solution team, you will set technical strategy, guide implementation teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout their digital transformation journey. Essential Functions : Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations from discovery through deployment
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and third-party applications
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and success criteria
• Design and document technical solutions that align with client business objectives
• Perform hands-on configuration and customization using declarative approaches

Work Location :

Fíonta is a remote first work environment, the individual in this position will spend the majority of the workday in front of their computer working from their home office. The individual is required to report to work (whether in office or remote) each day, unless otherwise arranged with their manager.

The annual base salary for this role is targeted between $114,000.00 - $135,000.00.
