JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing event and office support to the University Events department in University Relations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal Seton Hall student should be flexible to work a different schedule every week and be prepared to work during events without conflicting with their academic responsibilities. The student may be asked to provide support during events in the evening and weekends. The student will gain hands-on experience in planning and executing events. The student will work under the supervision of the director of University Events and work closely with vendors and clients - Public Relations & Marketing office support as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must be a matriculating Seton Hall University undergraduate or graduate student. A positive and can-do attitude - Excellent planning coordinating and organizational skills - Strong interpersonal skills with effective and written communication skills - Some evenings and weekend availability preferred
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with department / office procedures and knowledge of specific software programs as needed
