KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, HR Business Advisor to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Support annual performance development processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and compensation planning for Clients & Markets MDs and below
  • Collaborate and partner with HRBA peers, PRG, F&A, Resource Management and Practice Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions to meet business needs
  • Run reports and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Support organizational change initiatives and provide input into change management strategies.
  • Aid special HR projects, including benchmarking, leveling, and job description development
  • Help the C&M HRBA and the Process team in rolling out the enhanced Second Pen process
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum three years of recent HR or comparable experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration or three years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate understanding of HR principles; foundational knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees; able to develop clear and concise written communications and prepare performance documentation; possess problem-solving skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills, as well as foundational presentation and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft; proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to organize and manage personal workload over the long term to meet deliverable expectations effectively
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.     California Salary Range : $70900 - $143500
