• Description : Annual hospital deliveries : 4690 Anticipated OBHG deliveries Unassignedpatients vs Private patients : 49 unassignedannually Current LampD coverage model : Pseudolaborist program via local group for unassigned NICU level : III Anesthesia coverage model : 24 / 7in-house Residency programs that wouldrotate through OBED / LampD and plan for OBHG involvement : Family Medicine Clinic / outpatientresponsibilities if any : none Who will provide back up to OBHG inthe event of multiple emergencies OB / Gyn Call Schedule? : Community providers Gyn responsibilities : Emergent
