Job descriptionConduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients Provide engaging therapy sessions in-home and in-clinic Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Monitor progress, adjust treatment goals, and document therapy activities Educate families on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Active California Occupational Therapy License (OT) Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Pediatric experience preferred (clinic or home health) Experience with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory processing disorder, ADHD, and similar conditions Strong clinical reasoning, assessment abilities, and excellent communication skills Ability to manage a flexible caseload and travel for in-home sessions Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies Flexible part-time Therapy sessions in-home and in-clinic
