We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in a factory production floor environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems, including CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical components, and fabricated structures. This hands-on role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining production uptime and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Fabricate and weld custom parts, brackets, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain and repair CNC machining equipment, including understanding tooling, fixturing, and basic program functions.
• Use and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log maintenance activities and track equipment performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and PLC logic diagrams to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Communicate effectively with production and engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
