Senior Manager Finance – REMOTE at Ryder System, Inc.

Overview

Senior Manager, Field Finance – West Region reports to the Director of DTS Finance – West Region. The role drives financial analysis and support for monthly close, annual business planning, and new business opportunities for the West Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Month‑end closing and forecasting / budget development.
• Explain variances versus forecast / budget and capture billing opportunities.
• Manage and develop finance support staff and provide financial training to operations personnel.
• Ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance around revenue recognition and contractual terms.
• Translate, communicate and implement corporate financial policies, guidelines, procedures and controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable collection.
• Analyze proposed new business, optimizing deal structure, pricing, and negotiation.
• Track budget for new business startups.
• Supervise an analyst, develop technical and process skills, and build bench strength.

Qualifications

Compensation

Salaried. Minimum Pay Range : $130,000. Maximum Pay Range : $130,000.
