Property Book Administrator
The company is seeking mid-level and senior Property Book Administrators to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
Responsibilities :
- Expertly serves as Inventory Management Specialist and Item Manager focusing on demand planning, utilizes statistical program knowledge and skills to provide support.
- Provides support to include equipment management, inventory control, property control, warehousing, acquisition, quality control, receiving, shipping, assembly, packaging and transportation.
- Operates and updates computerized logistic and supply systems.
- Plans, coordinates and conducts equipment use / projects.
- Develops project plans, outlines procedures and issues, and identifies long and short term goals and objectives.
- Participates in / leads audit teams to conduct inspections of equipment and operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).Minimum years of related work experience :Mid-level : 4 years of experienceSenior : 7 years of experienceDesired Qualifications :
Proficiency in Global Combat Support System (G-Army), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS, )and AESIP (Army Enterprise System Integration Program).Security Clearance :
Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required
