Call : Weekend call every 4-5 weekends + 2-3 weekdays / month (NP handles first call on weekdays; no inpatient rounding on weekends).

Practice : Typical Heme / Onc

Type of patients seen : Community clinic with a mix of oncology (%40%) and hematology (60%) patients. Some malignant heme is seen. No acute leukemia see

Trauma Level : 3

Requirements :

• Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology & Fellowship
• MD license or DE License IMLC & DEA
