Job description

Good Grounds is a growing coffee business that is looking for someone who wants to grow with us! If you have a love for coffee and people we are interested in talking with you.

Duties :

  • Making drinks and serving customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare food.
  • Opening and / or closing duties.
  • Restocking supplies.
  • Unloading orders.
  • Cleaning and other duties.

Requirements :

  • Prefer at least ONE YEAR of barista experience.
  • The candidate needs to be willing to work both in our brick-and-mortar location in Adair Village and our Mobile Coffee Shop.
  • Looking for someone reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, hard working, up beat personality, team player and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available on weekdays and some weekends with a flexible schedule.
  • Will need to have or obtain a food handlers card.
