What Youll Be Doing :

• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care following blend sheet instructions.
• Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail .
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner helping build long-term relationships.
• Support daily operations including inventory management product deliveries and customer service.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season.
• Work with a variety of crops including corn soybeans wheat and alfalfa .
