We're looking for automotive enthusiasts to join our team as a Service Advisor in a remote inbound / outbound call center! If you've got hands-on experience in automotive repair and want to help drivers, suppliers, and repair shops solve their maintenance needs, this could be the perfect fit for you! These positions are remote but preference is candidates who live within 2 hours of zip code : 55343 or 21117. Pay is $18 / hour!

What You'll Do :

• Be the go-to expert for drivers and suppliers by approving / declining automotive repairs based on client policies
• Answer inquiries through phone, email, or our Maintenance Platform software
• Use your mechanical knowledge to negotiate repairs and find solutions quickly
• Guide drivers to repair facilities
• Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience with first-call resolution and empathy
