We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) to join our high-performing pre-sales team. This role is critical in helping prospective customers understand the power of ARIS, positioning our platform against competitors, and ensuring measurable business value is tied to every engagement.
As a Sr. Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders. You'll lead discovery sessions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, design tailored solutions, and collaborate closely with sales to drive revenue growth. Your ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities will directly influence customer adoption and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Prospects & Customers : Lead discovery workshops to uncover business challenges, process management needs, and digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate with Sales : Partner with account executives to shape deals, create winning proposals, and drive opportunities to closure.
- Design & Present Solutions : Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solutions that highlight the value of ARIS.
- Competitive Differentiation : Position ARIS effectively against competitors, articulating clear technical and business advantages.
- Knowledge Leadership : Provide thought leadership on BPM, process mining, and transformation trends; contribute to internal enablement and customer education.
- Customer Advocacy : Ensure that solutions presented are aligned with long-term customer success and scalability.
Qualifications
Experience : 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting for enterprise software (preferably BPM, Process Mining, or Digital Transformation platforms).Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of process management, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), automation, and digital transformation practices.Technical Skills : Familiarity with BPM platforms, cloud architectures, integration frameworks, and enterprise IT landscapes. Experience with ARIS or similar platforms a strong plus.Business Acumen : Ability to link technical capabilities to business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, compliance, risk reduction).Presentation Excellence : Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to executives (CIOs, CFOs, COOs) as well as business and technical audiences.Collaboration : Proven track record of working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and professional services teams.Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $ 176,250
This position is also eligible for a 25% monthly commission plan in accordance with relevant plan documents and award agreements.
