A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain the applicant tracking system
Build applicant pipelines and manage candidate experience through strategic communication
Create weekly activity reports on recruiting metrics and actively participate in recruiting meetings
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
College coursework up to a Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
