Weekend shift-day / evening
General Summary :
This position works under the direction of the Unit Director. Provides care and supervision to patient groups, meeting safety and health needs of patients. Functions as a positive role model to patients and as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team. Responsible for the overall monitoring of house or classroom systems. This is a safety sensitive position.

Work Experience & / or Education :
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience with emotionally disturbed youth preferred. Good driving skills and a valid Arkansas drivers' license and eligibility for agency insurance required. Paraprofessional certification is required within 30-90 days of employment with training provided on site. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Team members are required to sit, stand, talk, see, walk and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to personally restrain patients. Must maintain a current tuberculosis skin test. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
