Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the account management team with day-to-day duties, providing exceptional service to commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with the account management team to address client inquiries and resolve customer service issues
• Prepare and process policy documentation, endorsements, and other necessary paperwork for clients
• Assist in policy renewals and new business submissions, ensuring all underwriting requirements are met
• Provide administrative support to the account management team, including data entry and file maintenance
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders
