Role Description

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of systems that manage our growing fleet of devices - the foundation of Gridwares distributed sensing network. The technology you build will empower Fleet Health operators to monitor device performance, issue firmware updates, and ensure our sensors operate reliably and securely at scale. Youll work across backend services, internal tools, and observability systems - designing the infrastructure that keeps thousands of edge devices connected and healthy. This is a hands?on, high?ownership role at the intersection of software, hardware, and operations - perfect for engineers who thrive on building platforms that directly enable real?world impact.

What Youll Do

• Design and build systems for device management, fleet monitoring, and firmware deployment.
• Develop backend and internal tooling to support large?scale operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and real?time observability.
• Implement metrics, dashboards, and alerting pipelines to improve visibility into fleet health and reliability.
• Scale systems to support exponential device growth while maintaining performance and security.
