Manufacturers Alliance is looking for a hands-on IT Project and Systems Manager to join our Operations Support team. This role is a great fit for someone who loves solving problems with technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys turning business needs into streamlined systems.

You'll lead projects and manage systems that keep our operations running smoothly. Your main focus will be Salesforce / Fonteva, but you'll also support other tools across the business. You'll work with cross-functional teams and report to the VP of Finance and Operations.

What You'll Do

AMS & Data Management

• Be the go-to expert for our Salesforce / Fonteva AMS
• Maintain high data quality and structure it for future use
• Create and support event registration setups
• Help staff build and run reports
