Welder

Our client, a busy manufacturer in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for a Welder to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Welder position are as follows :

High School Diploma, Technical Welding Certificate preferred

2+ years recent TIG welding experience

Understanding of safe work practices

Ability to read / listen to instructions

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Good manual dexterity

Must be self-motivated and work with sense of urgency

Ability to work as a team to meet organizational goals Benefits you will receive as the Welder :

Direct Hire position

Full time schedule Monday – Friday 7am-3 : 30pm, overtime as needed

20-$30 / hour depending on skills and experience

Follow blueprints to plan and produce job

Set up jobs according to specifications

Prepare / assemble / tack parts

Maintain neat and clean work area

Communicate with other team members for continuous improvement

Communicate any issues to supervisor
