24-Hour Shifts 7a 7a Rounding + Call Coverage

We re seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Intensivist for locum coverage in Richmond, VA. Join a dedicated team at a facility in need of immediate support through August 2025 .

Position Highlights :

Schedule : 24-hour shifts (7a 7a) Rounding + Call

All admissions during shift must be seen within the 24 hours

Support : 24 / 7 Pediatric ER, Hospitalists, and multiple pediatric subspecialties

No pediatric trauma (patients diverted to trauma center)

Procedures : Intubation, line placement, lumbar punctures, and general PICU care

Facility : 466 total beds 8 PICU beds Avg. census : 3.4

EMR : Meditech and Medimobile

Requirements :

Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care Required

Active VA License at Time of Submission Required

VA License Required
