Job description

Adecco is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Technicians for a company in Nampa, ID! Join a forward-thinking team revolutionizing modular construction and automation. This role involves building multi-family, multi-story apartments in a controlled indoor environment - this position reports to the Production Manager.

Pay : $18-20 DOE

Shift / Hours : 4-10s : M-Th 7a – 5 : 30p OT available

  • ? Responsibilities

Contribute to modular construction in a factory setting

Cut and measure wood to create kits for walls and floors / ceilings

Perform tasks such as laying insulation, cleaning windows, painting

Maintain a positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Perform tasks as assigned by leadership

  • ? Qualifications
  • Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools

    Able to read a tape measure to 1 / 16"

    Strong problem-solving and self-starting abilities

    Passion for innovation and process improvement

    2+ years Construction experience preferred

    Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
